At Oasis, Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to 1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your purposeful design, and 3) develop your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others. We also believe it's important to equip the church with a deeper understanding of God, the Bible, and community.

Oasis Growth Track Outline
Step One
Become a Member:
We invited you to Connect with Oasis and discover the various details of the church, learn more about our beliefs, leadership, and church leadership structure, how we steward God's provision (generosity), and how we intentionally organize our church. You will also have the opportunity to become an Oasis member.
Step Two
Discover Your Design:
In this step, you are invited to take a deeper look into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and begin the journey of discovering your purpose in life and how you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Step Three
Join the Team:
You're invited to discover what it means to make a difference with Oasis and connect to the opportunities available at Oasis to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Join our volunteer core.
